Right.

There's a little tagging spell we used to use on the Reservation to track dragons. Works on people.

With a name and address, civil litigation comes to mind.

And while I know it goes against your basic nature, hitting the floor screaming for help, and maybe a bruised cheek or bloody nose due to physical abuse, opens the door to file an assault complaint as well.

And while you may need work on your potions, I know a guy who knows a guy...

Fight smart. If anybody from the Ministry pays you a visit over your public diatribe, refer them to your solicitors (here). You have them on retainer now.

I have no name, though. I threw the coffee back on him, and I left. It wasn't my regular place either, and I don't know if he was a regular there or not.

I'll try to remember to let them hit first, if it comes to that. I can't promise I won't take some swings back, but I'll do my best not to kill anyone.

I'll be sure to keep a sample next time.

	I only have my one wand, though I need to get another for the charms work I want to start doing. It was hard enough finding a new wand after Azkaban, so I've been procrastinating. 	Let me rummage a bit in the basement storage. I've got a trunk full of souvenirs from the war including some wands I took from Death Eaters that didn't need them any more.
