Journal: seeking advice & other notes
[Warded to Mel, Roger, & Mari] -- So... When is the right time to ask a guy out on a date? Or, is that not a thing that I should do? Or what if I'm totally wrong? I just... there's been a lovely lunch and drinks and notes back and forth but... not once have I been asked out on a date. Am I missing something here?

[Warded to Fin] -- It was nice running into you the other night. Definitely better than balancing my books like I always do on the 14th. Something about company and a glass a wine that picks up a girl's whole week.

[Warded to Gemma] -- Is the salon doing holiday-themed nail treatments yet? I've got a hundred meetings for holiday parties this coming week so was thinking something subtle might give me an edge. Let me know if you've got an opening? PS. Tokyo was a blast, I don't know if I ever said that outright.

I tend to have designs ready year-round - there are a few types who ask for reindeer and santas in July. In other words, you name it and I can do it, love. I've an opening this coming Tuesday if you'd like to come in the afternoon.

Tokyo was brilliant, and my goddaughter loved the shirt I brought her. Hey, as long as you enjoyed yourself, I'm happy. Would definitely be up to doing it again if you're ever in need of someone to hit the clubs or match you drink for drink at Finnigan's, and I'm occasionally on the open stage there on Fridays if you ever feel like hearing my attempt at No Sickles, No Problems.

And I am absolutely interested in your rendition! I'm the worst singer in the history of magic, I'm sure, but I can be a fierce fan in the audience.
