The worst part about having a fit of nostalgia and travelling from London to Hogsmeade, Dennis decided as he blew his fingers and walked up the blustery high street of Hogsmeade, was that you never wore enough clothes. Still he was having lunch with Emma and that was enough to lift his spirits measurably. With a sigh, he passed through the doors of the Three Broomsticks and chose a table near the fire. With a grunt of satisfaction, he pulled out his slightly battered book of Naomi Klein essays and began to read - pausing to accept two menus and a jug of butterbeer.

As such it was almost by accident that he looked up and smiled. "Alright darlin'," he asked happily. "I'm glad you're here, I'm starving!" He put his book down and leant forward with a cheeky grin. "So, what's new?"

Dennis pushed his plate away from himself and smiled. "Tripping over cock is a brilliant thing," he said with a smirk, before frowning. "As long as it's metaphorical cock-tripping and not literally tripping over people's cocks."

"I know right, he seemed quite well endowed so I guess really well done to Rolph. But also Rose." He sighed and nodded. "I probably looked ridiculous. They didn't even finish their screw which was hilarious." He looked at his wristwatch and sighed. "We probably need to leave, do you reckon?"

"Yes, metaphorical cocks." Emma gave an unladylike snort, then giggled. "Actual tripping would mean that there was some magic that had gone seriously wrong."

Emma sighed. "Yeah, probably. Back to real life." She pushed her empty plate a few inches away, wrinkling her nose. "Back out into the cold. But this has been fun and we should definitely do it again soon. Or dancing at Wingbeat. Or both."
