Hello, it is Jim, and this is #2, Allegra Rosier.

Allegra is a Slytherin from the class of '92. She's a pureblood princess from old, old wizarding money and blood. And... she's the mother of Percy's daughter Lucy.

She needs friends/antagonists/lots of things! I look forward to throwing her in game.

She's hot. I've always had a soft spot for Ellen.

Not sure that any of mine would actually know her, but Romilda and Pucey are both purebloods and the Puceys were in very good standing with that social caste, so she might know their families :)
