Also just a note that I'm putting myself on hiatus this month while I try to make my work-life balance actually work. I'll still be (as I have been) responding to ongoing threads - albeit slowly - and I'll be available for all your admin/modly needs. I'm just cutting myself a little slack as far as the 3-new-posts-per-month rule goes.
