Thank you so much for the response to my email, everybody! I'm glad we're all still willing to provide this home for our characters, and I'm glad you're all still here with me. ♥

This post is here for two reasons:

i. As suggested, we're going to make a game amnesty. What does this mean? Well, if you feel a character is no longer working, or that you'd like to see a plotline and/or backstory reset, drop a line here so that we can discuss things and work on the appropriate changes. Alternately, if you'd like to add a new character, this can be as good a place for requesting it as the holds page.

ii. I'm also taking the opportunity to address a matter connected to the issues brought by last month's IJ crash. You might have noticed on other journals that, when the site was restored, the friends pages were seriously messed up due to a problem with the friending/unfriending of other journals. I tried to fix this here (and also on my CDJ) but realized that the friends button wasn't working. After a few experiments, I'm convinced that the problem is coming from the option to remove journals in the button's code.

If you wish to fix this, the way I've managed to do so was to head to Edit Friends and untick all the names in it before turning my attention to the Friend Button. Since I've re-friended all of you in this fashion, the button page will be visible to you - but if it's locked, let me know. You should also check if you're able to post in felix_logs or felix_ooc, as I know of some games where people had to leave and be re-added to the comms.

Also, keep in mind that at this point this is a quick solution to the problem, and that I haven't worked on updating our current character roster. As soon as I've worked on removing our recently departed characters, I'll let you know.

Ivan Maksimov - Squeaky says she's keeping Taryn so that's good enough for me!
Larissa Samuels - she and Hamish just finally managed to work things out, after all!

Unsure - comment to help me work it out!
Leon Beery - Natasha was/is his only connection and I'm unsure how to develop him.
Anais Bolduc - Again, I love her, but her connections are very minimal

Dropping for now unless anyone has very strong feelings
Anzelm Szczepanski - Very few meaningful connections and I'm not really feeling it.
Maartje Viljoen - No connections at all - I brought her over a couple of years ago when Beth was going to play her partner, but that fell through and now she feels forced.
Kevin Whitby - As above.

I'm still pondering whether I'll keep Sohvi or not, but thankfully if she leaves that doesn't impact Maks or Taryn other than losing a potential babysitter. We'll see.
And of course we need to celebrate the fact Hamish and Larissa have finally seen sense. I might go back to making him a muggleborn again - though not an only child because we need more Lorna in our lives.

I'll see what I can think of regarding your other options. There is potential for interaction between Kevin, Luna and Rolf, anyway.

	I think we need to figure out where Hamish and Larissa are so we can start playing them from the point they would have got to, right? <3 That's true. I mean, if Luna and Rolf are going to be active then he is probably the most redeemable out of those three. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	By this point, I'm sure they're already living together and have settled down in their new place... and their mothers will be throwing oh-so-subtle hints about marriage at them. Oh, they will. 	Luke is Leon's friend! And Glenys too! I don't know what we can do with that, but they're there. Anais I have less with. There's Valentina, of course, but that might be it. I love Anzelm but I can understand that he's difficult to play here. Kevin I mentioned above with Glenys, but if you don't want to do that he does at least have a friend in Glenys?
