	Perhaps it's not the most ideal choice for Lilylu to make, but it isn't up to anyone, but her. Punching her boyfriend is not going to help the situation, in fact considering you're her father Harry, it's probably only going to make her more inclined to be with him. I had no idea it was going on! We don't really speak a lot. I do know that he left a while ago though- ..the train sent him home apparently. His being here again must be quite recent.

You hit him. Perhaps that's why she hid it, she knew there was no way you'd react well. I'm not saying you should approve Harry, I ..tend to agree that sort of thing doesn't end well. But.. in this situation, fighting her on it isn't going to achieve anything.

She'd be eighteen eventually?

Yes. She probably could have handled it better, spoken to you first. She worries about what you think, clearly. Which doesn't justify it- it just says you mean a lot to her.

You don't have to approve, but trying to ..talk her through this or tell her she's doing the wrong thing? Unfortunately if it turns out to be a mistake, it's her's to make. Anything you say against this.. man, is just going to push her away.

I imagine it does make it more difficult. But ..at least you've some sort of relationship with her already?

I know, you've every right to feel like you do. But, voicing it ..or rather violently displaying it isn't going to change the situation.

As far as Lily is concerned, perhaps it's not ideal, I can guarantee she knows that. But ..she's also more than likely in love with him, which means she can't see anything past how she feels. You know what it's like when you're- er, anyway. Unfortunately it's one of those situations where all you can do is be there for her, however it turns out.

Your dad? James Potter is here? Have you met him?
