It's not that.

He doesn't care if humans have emotions.

He just gets pissy if we show emotion. But like I said he's been doing his own share of showing that he cares.

He's always been about protecting those of us that escaped that night. But that was several years ago, yet he still holds that "I'm responsible" bit.

He just needs to cut loose, have fun and relax.
