Decree for retaining data on floo-traffic – All traffic through the floo will be monitored and registered with the Ministry of Magic for possible future use in crime-investigations. The information will be stored within the Ministry for a time of one year.

Decree Regulating International Travel -

a) All Portkeys for international travel are hereby revoked. All future Portkeys will be issued only for emergency reasons. The only exception will apply to Aurors and Hit Wizards who need to travel in the course of an investigation.

b) International Apparition is hereby suspended. Individuals will be required to apply and wait for an additional International Apparition license. The only exception will apply to Aurors and Hit Wizards who need to travel in the course of an investigation.
