HOW IT WORKS Another TGIF Friday at Todash Tavern collects almost entirely Dunwich's outlander community, both staffing and customers. A few drinks in, tongues loosen up, and the not 100% polite conversation starter happens... What the fuck is up with that?

• If you would like to subject your character to questioning reply to the "WTF IS UP WITH THAT?" comment header with your character's name in the subject.

• Please do one character per comment/subject so they're easier to find. (RIP the mod inbox. It's fine.) You can also look at what a character has been asked already and ask follow up questions.

• Because not everyone knows your character or reads all the applications obsessively, the body of the comment should be used for a quick visual reference; physical details, scars/tattooes/marks, clothing style, etc., to help generate questions.

• Your character is incapable of outright lying in response. While they can be vague, but anything they do say must be truthful. Don't want to answer?

• Your character may avoid answering questions by taking a shot/drink/stuffing themselves with food. Once they can no longer do that, they stumble on home and no one may ask them another question.

⚠ CAUTION! ⚠ Because character backstories run the gamut, be prepared to use/see content warnings when discussing anything sensitive.

CAN ANYONE HEAR THE QUESTION ASKED AND ANSWERED? As long as your character is there, yes. (On the flip side, they can also not, if you want.) Please try to pay attention to questions that have already been asked to a character, so they aren't asked the same things over and over again.

WHEN DOES MY CHARATER HAVE TO STUMBLE HOME? When they've avoided too many questions and can no longer continue to drink or eat or whatever they're filling their mouth with to avoid answering. You as the player decide when that line has been crossed and they're done.

(No alcohol poisoning, please. This is a lighter plot. Everyone gets home safely.)

CAN MINORS PARTICIPATE? Yes. That's why there's an alternative to drinking. If your character can't eat or drink, I'll let you figure out an alternative that is appropriate for your character. You know your character better than the mods.

WHY IS EVERYONE ANSWERING TRUTHFULLY OR HAVING TO KEEP THEIR MOUTH OCCUPIED TO AVOID ANSWERING? Unknown! It's like a weird mist of truthfulness and curiosity has fallen over the bar. If this sparks a plot idea for someone and they want to explore that more, poke a mod.

IF MY CHARACTER WAS PRESENT FOR THE FIRST WTF EVENT CAN THEY REALIZE IT'S HAPPENING AGAIN? Yes. And yet? They seem unable to help themselves, just like last time. Time to stuff your mouth with food or drink if you don't want to answer a bunch of personal or secret finding questions.
