	Yes - sort of? It is only possible through touch and it's less hearing what you're thinking in the present and more glimpsing memories. Sometimes it's foggy and unclear. 	Not all the time, no. It always very sudden. I've yet to pinpoint what triggers it. It seems to occur both when I'm at ease and when I'm not, but it's never constant.
