Yes. Other you wasn't you.

No. I'm just afraid. I get scared sometimes. Really bad things happened back home and sometimes I get anxious or my memories come back when I don't want to think about them. It makes me feel scared again, I get shaky, have trouble breathing or feel like I have to be on alert ~~run, nightmares, flashbacks~~. It's something I'm working on, and it's mostly under control.

	I understand. My life back home was very different but, I've got things I remember and things that give me anxiety. From there and from here. Have you been to therapy? I started going a while ago. It's helpful. If you're sure, yes. Lets have a real date. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
