An giant insect like monster with sharp spines and teeth. Usually they dwell in a swamp but, this one isn't.

It has a carapace, and you need to cut off its head. Or stab it in the mouth, but... this thing is will try to stab you with its legs.

I have my Hork-Bajir morph. It's pretty powerful and covered in blades.

Depends on which ones. Arms, back, legs, and tail. I think I'm around eight feet tall, and it's pure muscle. I've also practiced actually fighting in it.

So kind of like an insect, then. Just bigger? I could handle that, probably. Or at least back up anybody who knows how to fight them better. If it doesn't have magic then I could figure something out, the Hork-Bajir are aliens that evolved to swing through trees on their home-world. They're agile and have great reaction times, and the blades are as in tune with them as their fingertips. I figured out how to carry over the predatory instincts to make it all dangerous when I need to.

There are only two places that it's weak, it's in its mouth, and at the joint where its head meets the rest of its body.

The only person I knew that was knew how to fight them was Geralt. And he's not here anymore. You will have to be careful of its saliva too, if it gets on your skin it has a paralyzing affect.

I could ram a giant clawed fist down it's throat or cut it's throat, then. Good to know.

I'm not worried about poisons. As long as my brain's working before two hours all that kind of stuff is filtered out or destroyed by the morphing process. I just have to be conscious long enough to focus for a few seconds and I can flap away from any fight like nothing happened but missing breakfast.

Do you know where it is? Or was. I don't work tonight, so I can go out looking for it now. It's harder to hunt in the dark, though. At least from the air.

It's not going to sit still while you change, so if you take a chance you have to make sure it's a killing blow.

It's not to far from where I am. And you wouldn't be able to miss it, it's larger than I am tall. Ugly, and spider like.

I'll find it and then change out of its awareness. It'll meet pure blade and muscle and never notice the hawk that passed over first. I'm good at ambushing like that.

That sounds super gross, but okay. Just stay out of its way or notice, I'll head over now. As soon as you hear me engage, get to safety. I'll contact you again when I've killed it, deal?

As far as I know they aren't intelligent so I don't know that you have to go through all that.

Um, no offense? You won't be able to drag me. If I'm out and you can try slapping me, but watch the tail. It operates on impulse and still has the blades. Blades that cut through the toughest tree barks like they're soft butter.
