A little walk did the mind good, didn't it? The Doctor had just found himself gainfully employed as a history teacher at the college, and was wrapping his mind around that by walking through Dunwich a bit. "History. HISTORY. Ha! What a fantastic surprise, Dunwich. Is someone listening? Who's running this show? I'm the Doctor, I'd love to meet you." He said to nothing and no one in particular - just to Dunwich, to whatever might be running the place. There was no response, of course, but then he hadn't really expected one, either. There was still so much Dunwich to explore.
But then - then, oh, there was an answer. A big answer. The familiar whoosh noise that he'd grown to love so much, that was universally known - at least in his own world - as the arrival of the TARDIS (and typically, the Doctor). "No way." In disbelief, the Doctor started running towards the sound, vaulting over anything that might be in his way, until that beautiful sound came to an abrupt stop and interwoven with a slight crashing noise.
Ah, it felt like home.
Just ahead, the TARDIS in it's beautiful shiny blue paint disguised as a police box landed itself right in the gazebo. "Hello, girl."
