[Lyllianna Stone]

Having trouble logging into my account. Can I come by and pay stabling dues in person? Also, need to get Flea a new brush. He ate the last one. Most of it. Thanks.

Also, he doesn't like being stabled next to anyone but Stan. He's picky about friends. Not sure where he gets it from.

Question. Those of you with dreams. How do you know what's a capital D dream versus an overactive imagination?

How vivid are your dreams? O can usually tell which ones are real Dreams because I remember them for a long time after, just like when something big happens in this life. Usually even the dreams that are the usual sort of detailed eventually dissolve into a few word descriptor within a few days. The Dreams stay with you like real memories.

Eh. Some more than others. Good to know, though. Thanks.

No problem. Have you seen the Dreamer Doc? I didn't find it super helpful in my situation, but you might.

That short for Doctor or Document?

Document, in this context, but dreamer doctor could have been legit in this town, too.

Haven't seen it. My brother's a doctor and the way he talks, I wouldn't be surprised to know he's going through this, too. Should pin him down and get some answers.

In my experience, the people dreaming don't like being pinned down until they're ready. On the other hand, he's your brother and you inherently know him better than I do, so take my advice with a grain of salt. I just tend to start punching when I feel pinned.

Wasn't planning on pinning you, but noted. Didn't mean it literally anyway, but I get what you're saying.

I didn't mean it literally, either.

No, that's not- I didn't- Huh. Sorry, meant metaphorically on the pinning. Should find better words.

That's why I generally don't talk to people unless I have to. Saves on awkward situations one way or another.

Well, I don't really have any shame, so I don't tend to feel awkward about most things, so if you want a friend sans lingering awkwardness, I probably have room for another.

The Dreams can sometimes have effects that bleed into real life. It's entirely illogical, of course, but I've heard of people suddenly manifesting everything from tattoos to bruises. So that's a fairly significant clue, anyway.

Though, honestly, in this town? I'd lean more toward a diagnosis of Dreams over imagination, nine times out of ten. It's all but inevitable.

Sounds like using logic to explain the illogical, Gid.

If we relied on logic for the Dreams, we'd all be in an asylum.

I suppose my big clue was that they were of a wildly popular TV show, so it was sort of hard to think they were anything else once I knew other people were also having odd dreams. But, they're just so vivid. Sometimes it feels like I'm as much her as I am Aria.

Latter part makes sense. Former sounds like it could still be overactive imagination, especially with massively popular media. See and hear about it enough, could affect you. But with the way Dunhaven is, unlikely. Something for me to think about. Thanks.

That is what I'd told myself, actually. I hadn't watched the show, but my old roommate had been obsessed with it so it felt like I knew everything and was just filling in the blanks. It's definitely a weird thing, all around. I'm sorry you're having to deal with it.

Not too bad, kind of like the grimdark hero vibe. Guess the only real downside is trying to keep it from affecting my work.

Absolutely. I'll set aside a brush and make sure his stall is situated next to Stan. We're all allowed to be picky about our friends. 😉

Rhys and I have plans tonight because it's Astrid's birthday and mine, but if you can't get here before 5pm, you can leave the payment in the drop box beside the door!

They feel like reality. Sometimes you have a hard time waking up from them. Sometimes they happen when you aren't even asleep. Your emotions can sometimes reflect that of your dreams, too, even if you have no personal reason to feel the way they feel from whatever moment you Dreamed.

If you need to vent about it, I've been having Dreams for a few years now, and some of them have been...difficult to bear. So...I might not know the exact experiences, but I can lend an ear.
