Prompt 133: Alternate Universe/Reality

What if...Draco and Harry had become friends when they first met? What if Draco was born in a manor house...in France? What if the Doctor took him along in the Tardis? ;) Whether you want to just tweak canon a little or you want to change it a lot, find something interesting to change. If you don't want to go all out, Draco can certainly *imagine* it instead.
