[The call is from a local, public mental health facility. It states, simply, that the first emergency contact Sam listed during her previous stay (Neil Donovan) was not available, and they are calling him, as her second listed contact, to inform him that she has been admitted. There are currently no visitors allowed, but he may call for updates. A number is left, along with a request for Louis to call, as the admitting doctor has some questions he would like answered.]
