Yes? I don't even know what the question is anymore. You think that if your dog gets with another dog at the park, the owner is going to somehow genetically trace you through puppy DNA technology? Are they going to go a composit sketch for the nightly news to find you?

How about you keep your dog on a leash?

Or just pay the $45 to get him fixed because this conversation has gone a little bit into the deep end.
