	[He can't help it, a dark apartment only makes him paranoid. He moves his normal hand to the small of his back where a gun is holstered beneath the jacket to make sure it's there. Just in case. He sits down on the couch and shows him the remote.] Guide shows you the channels and what they're playing. Blue button is a search. Select is the one in the middle, chooses what you want. [Bucky snorts in response to that.] Different kind of smart, Cap. [He was street smart, a scrappy teenage orphan stuck on a military base. No book learning for him.] People have shorter attention spans now. They spend most of their time on the computer or watching TV. You'd be surprised how little anyone actually talks to each other now. [After a beat he smiles.] Tasha says I sound like an old man when I do that.

We don't really label. [A hand run through his newly cut hair. The long hair didn't suit the fact he was supposed to be Cap now, so he cut it. Now that wasn't a problem.] They took me prisoner. They hooked me up to machines and turned me into a weapon called the Winter Soldier. I was put on ice and thawed out for decades whenever they needed a job done. [It is difficult to talk about, but being direct worked for him.] That's more or less what happened.

	[That reaction is harder to deal with than what happened originally, because at least then both he and Steve were coping with the same thing. Bucky sighs and rubs his eyes wearily.] No, not even close. You used the Cosmic Cube so I'd remember. [A shrug of one shoulder.] They made a mistake, thinking I'd kill you.
