[Locked to Dolores C & Chloe M]

Whenever I am at an impasse, turning to The Prince always shows me the way.

[Delivery to Ashleigh D at the Wynn]

[A single fragrant red rose with a card.

The card reads:

Join me for dinner at Joël Robuchon?

I think they'd distrust all of us, Alexander. I think Gabe hates you, and I think it's foolhardy to think you'll be able to overcome that, since he's a tendency to be vocal. If he didn't know them, perhaps, but he does.

Yes, and he will no doubt be painting a very precise picture. But actions speak louder than words. I do not know why you expect me to run in fear from him.

I don't. I'm merely telling you that your plan is flawed. It would be like walking into a Horde camp as an Alliance, and expecting them to like you. And what is there to gain even?

[He doesn't know what that means Dolores, but he can guess.] No. I plan on sending them back one of their prisoners in exchange for a cease fire.

You're kidnapping someone? You have to know that will only make it worse, even if they do promise a cease fire they won't keep it.

[...] For a woman that just used a metaphor I don't understand, you are remarkably thick when I likewise use one.

I am not kidnapping anyone. But you and I both know that Chloe intends to drag that entire family through the mud because she can.

It was deliberate, Alexander.

Are you trying to tell me you're concerned for the welfare of the Donovans?

No you're not.

Neil is about as capable as a tadpole is to walk on land, should I even mention Sam? And Louis, who couldn't see a barn door unless it had Sam's face painted on it.

What is there not to worry about?

Alexander, you can play games with them, but I know better. I was raised in this family. They won't believe it either.

I never said you were. Why are you becoming so defensive? I'm only trying to help. Why can't we just leave it? He won't take Chloe back, no matter what we do.

Do you want to enjoy your time here?

Yes, but I think they'd leave Chloe alone, if she left them alone. Alexander, she either needs to do this, or she needs to leave it be. If she must have him, then she must do it in a way that makes him come willingly, for the benefit of someone or something else. Otherwise, we should just leave it. Attempting to ingratiate yourself will only make them suspicious.

Dolores, you misunderstand.

I want to enjoy my time here. My darling sister has taken it upon herself to rile them up until they're all frothing. Now I don't give a damn about Neil, or his goddamn good cock that spits diamonds the way she goes after it, but I do give a good bloody fuck about her happiness and mine. And if I need to give up dragging them through the mud for what they've done to her, justified or not, I will.

Call it ingratiating if you like, but I will kiss no ones ass for it.

This doesn't make any sense
