What are you supposed to do when you find out someone's lying to you? Or maybe it's not lying, but just withholding the truth.

I'd say it depends on how you feel about the person who's keeping the truth from you.

Then I'd say that's the first question to answer. How do you feel about that person now? Because I wouldn't want to go prying for the truth if I didn't know my feelings for them.

Another question I would ask is would the truth change how you feel about them, to the point where you wouldn't want to know them any more?
