It is bright green and surrounded by bright green flashing lights in true billboard form. It reads simply 'THE JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA TORTURES TEENAGE GIRLS HERE.' After thirty seconds the message changes to read, 'THE JUSTICE LEAGUE BELIEVES IN PROTECTING EARTH AND ALL ITS PEOPLE. WE ARE HERE FOR YOU.' The message cycles twice more before the sky goes dark. It's not long before images of it hit the internet.]
