There was a reasonable amount of surprise from Toru when his plate of food was whisked out from in front of him. Once he'd accepted this fact, he began to suspect (from bitter experience) that he'd be given a plate filled with peppers instead. He wasn't far off the mark. His new, far more balanced, far more vegetable-based dinner was a bit of a disappointment. He hardly noticed the half-eaten pastry leave his hand.

"...b-but, this is vacation..." he muttered, slightly resentful. After jabbing at something that may have been an artichoke, he turned to Kiriko with a petulant question.

"D-do I have to eat all of this?" It wasn't exactly a thrilling prospect. Not as bad as Suzume's Attack of the Peppers, but a bit of a disappointment when he was confronted by such a lovely variety of food.
