Who: Tom and the Iburi police department
What: Tom is sneeeeaking
Where: Police station
When: shortly after that dude got arrested
Why: Cause there is more going on then we realized

Tom was prepared as he walked into the police station. He was armed with... a letter. The fake letter he'd gotten from the "killer" so long ago. He'd long since come up with a theory on who wrote the letter, but he could use it to justify why he was there.

The truth of why he was there though would be obvious to anyone who knew him. He was looking for information. He slipped past police offers, and moved through the hallways. The key was to look like you knew where you were going, and to slip by without drawing much attention to yourself. And so Tom began what was perhaps the stupidest infultration of his life.

Too bad Tom is only half American. He contemplated waiting around for this full blooded american the narrator had mentioned, but finally thought it was more important for the team to have it, and pulled the document off the desk.
