Who: Shou, Kojima, and whomever else likes parks.
What: Shou.
When: ???
Where: Park
Why: Shou.

There was something to Parks. Parks were great. Parks were quiet. Parks were usually desolate. Parks were where you could do whatever and nobody would give a shit. Well, most of them. You didn't really come to a park to break things, light shit on fire, and drink. No, the most usual amount of steps was to first was to walk there, drive there: whatever. Then, the second step was the easiest. You just stayed there. Sometimes you went to think, to read, to enjoy the bounty of nature. Whatever kind of metaphysical propaganda that was placed neatly into your head. Shou went for thinking.

There was a lot to think about lately. Thankfully, nothing he thought about was much worth dawdling on. He had a healthy supply of food, drink, narcotics, entertainment.. Life would have been perfect for anyone else. Could've been better for him. Lately, things were just getting boring. He'd been fired from his last occupation, this time was a record. Two months at the same place. Once more unemployed. Not that it really.. mattered. He had enough money flow to keep him alive for the rest of his days. It was more of a time absorption thing. It was something to do. Something to keep him busy. Now, he just need something else to keep him busy. And that was the second reason he was here.

At this distance, Shou could analyze her face at a comfortable degree. She kind of looked boyish. Not that it mattered. One thing that was remarkable was the woman's long, blue hair. It was so foreign amongst all the others: in its silky, drooping manner. He'd never seen anything like her before, with such an androgynous appearance. But it seemed to complete things.

Her words did provoke a touch of an increase to the playful grin on his face. She wasn't without a mind to match the material. So, Shou crouched down to match her sitting level. "I prefer the term appearance appreciator, but I can assure you I'm anything but tiresome."

He was flattered, truly. Despite his remarks earlier, Kojima didn't have all that many admirers at school. He was just a little too tall, a little too flat-chested, and above all a bit too scary. If you pissed him off, you ran the risk of getting exposed in a nasty newspaper article. So Norio decided to run with it.

"Appreciator, huh. That's a new one." He turned his head at an angle, so as to gracefully move the hair that fell over his left eye sweep out of the way, affording him a better look at his admirer.

"It fills me with hope to hear that you're not tiresome. Care to prove it? I love it when my preconceptions are challenged."

The grin that spread across his face would have been striking to some, for in it was some unknown amounts of presence. Just what was in the grin that made it so.. different was up for the viewer to decide. In Kojima's case, he was intrigued. For all purposes, Shou was relatively indifferent as to the nature of this woman's body. Tall, flat-chested: he didn't care. Scary: he was blissfully ignorant. There was no knowledge of anything to trip on. Yet, she had the face, the hair, and the mind. Where her body might have been lacking to some, everything upstairs was certainly not.

The very way she canted her head to the side so that the curtain of hair was cast aside only attested more to her knowledge of the steps to this dance. She might have been young, but she knew what she was doing. And that sarcasm sealed the flourish fashionably.

"Rising to the challenge is one of the things I do best. But, let me pick something about you to prove it." Shou, in turn, gestured to her hair, "Blue. Blue is a color, but it's also a meaning. Blue symbolism associates blue with freedom, strength and new beginnings. Blue skies are emblematic of optimism and better opportunities. Blue is the color of loyalty and faith. Blue is *power*. So: when I look at a person like you, with such blue hair.. I wonder. Are you powerful?"

Norio couldn't help but smile at Shou's little monologue. He was a bit of a showoff, but at least he was smart.

"Free, strong, loyal, powerful -so in short, blue is the perfect color for me." His grin was proud and smug as he brought one hand up to his chin. "I know that I'm powerful."

"But..." Now his eyebrows quirked upward. "Are you of a mind that you're powerful enough for me?" He liked to keep the upper hand, at least to a degree. Leading Shou on was a blast.
