Who: Kanaye and Yoshi
What: Comforting? Maybe?
Where: Yoshimi's place
When: After Kanaye has learned of Shingo's cheating.
Why: Because he feels bad.

Kanaye was running as fast as he could. He's been looking everywhere for Yoshimi. First, he tried the dorms. Then, after getting bitched at by some girls, he remembered she did not live at the dorms. Then, Kanaye tried the butterfly room. He noticed she wasn't there, the lack of people trying to kill themselves, and the lack of anyone else. He patted the hands on their head, gave a quick hug to the Yoshimi doll and Maeko doll, and started running towards Yoshimi's apartment building, which he kind of remembered.

After a couple of incorrect guesses, Kanaye found what he thought was Yoshimi's apartment. He quietly walked up to the door, a calming bottle of sake in his hand, and knocked twice. "Yoshimi-san? Are you here? Are you alright?" He yelled. Kanaye knew she would probably be a wreck. Quite frankly, that's why he brought the drinks. Alcohol always calmed HIM down, after all, and why would Yoshimi be any different? She liked it as much as he did, after all!

"Yeah. One day, he was there, and the next..." Kanaye shook his head. "It's...I never even got to say goodbye. Was had an argument and he left and..." He cut off and stared at the wall for a bit. "It's...scary, yaknow? How people can die so easily."

"Yeah. I guess I was kind of lonely, even with Daichi. Whenever he wasn't there...Well, there was nothing I could do. My parents refused to let me play with anyone else." Kanaye attempted a smile and failed. "Well, I guess...that might be a good thing, if you enjoy the changes. I'd probably be worse off if it weren't for Daichi..."

"Well..." Kanaye sighed. "The argument was my fault. We disagreed on something, and it was really really really stupid...I told him I never wanted to see him again. I said I wished he died. Then...Well. He did."

Kanaye hugged his knees. "All the time."

"Yeah. I mean...well. I..." Kanaye shook his head. "Sorry, I'm taking up your time. You probably don't want to listen to me complain about the past, right?"

Kanaye smiled weakly. "Well, at least Daichi and Shingo are in" ~~that frozen hellhole.~~ "heaven, right? So they can't suffer anymore."

"...Yeah, but won't you? And I've had more time to deal with it. 6 years vs. 6 months? You'll still need to talk." Kanaye nodded. "I'm positive about that."

Kanaye noticed, and hugged Yoshimi again. "Yoshimi-san, it's alright. I know it was sudden...If there's anything you want to talk about, I'm here to listen." Kanaye was vaguely aware he was repeating himself, but he didn't really care.

Kanaye smiled at her. "No worries, Yoshimi-san. I'm glad to help."

Kanaye sighed and shook his head. "Well, that's understandable. That's a big step, yaknow. It's perfectly logical to not want to do that. He's just being stupid."

Kanaye twitched and looked at Yoshimi. "...He was cheating on you? Seriously?" He hugged Yoshimi tighter. "That's stupid! You don't just freaking go out with someone else because your girlfriend won't go to the next level! It's...retarded! It's not your fault, Yoshimi-san, and don't you ever think it is. You deserve better then him!"

Kanaye let go. "Sorry about that..." He said sheepishly.
