Previous Entry  Add to memories!  Tell a Friend!  Next Entry
Entry tags:kanaye, suzume

Who: Kanaye and open
What: Talking, hanging out, not thinking of Maeko and Misaki.
Where: Around town
When: When Maeko is at her house
Why: Trying to edge him away from drama.

Kanaye was bored. Maeko was still doting over Misaki like some sort of overprotective parent.

God dammit, when he wrote the letters, this is NOT what he expected to happen. It was meant as a joke, to scare her a little. He got mad and decided to pretend to be the murderer for a bit. Kanaye just expected Misaki to get a little freaked, maybe tell Kiriko or something. He didn't expect her to go to MAEKO, of all people. Sure, they were best friends, but...

And now Maeko has proven, once again, that she loved Misaki more then him. Kanaye sighed and took another drink. He really needed someone to talk to.

"Have to agree with you there. Kou is a dick. There are better ways of insulting him, though. A warning of warning, however. Do not insult his mother. It will not end well."

"Suzume-san, it's alright. You can be bisexual or lesbian. Do I look like I care? No one else should, either." Kanaye smiled. "Nonsense, Suzume-san! I'm her friend. I could just ask Kozue-chan if she's interested in girls without talking about you."

"Why would I insult his mother? It's not her fault her kid sucks so much." She appeared to think some more but to no avail.

"Yeah but, like, even if you don't care other people do. So you gotta keep it, like, triplequiet." Think think think. "But she might, like, get mad about it! Or get upset that someone thinks she's weird! I don't want her to be upset!"

"Good, then. Don't insult his mother in front of him. It will not end well." Kanaye repeated himself.

"I get what you mean, I have to go through something similar after all, but that doesn't mean you have to hide it. You should embrace it. Or her." Kanaye sighed. "If it's me asking, it's me that'll get in trouble. You won't enter in the equation."

"Man, I don't even know his mother." Suzume said, shrugging. "I got no reason to insult at her."

She shook her head, smile not leaving her face for a second.

"It's fine, it's fine. It's not about getting it trouble. She might be, like, upset about it. I'm only going to be like this for a little bit longer anyway, there's not much point. It's not worth risking making anyone upset if it's just a few months anyway."

"True enough. You're better then most people. "Your mom" jokes get really old. I mean, I don't really care," Kanaye said flippantly, "but some people do."

Kanaye sighed. "Whatever, Suzume-san. If you think so. I'll help you pick up girls in college, then. That's experimenting time, not high school."
