It was a most obvious thing, infact, there appeared to be no matter of subtlety involved in the slightest. There it was, a sheet of paper with ridiculously large writing. It didn't take an observer much of a walk over to see the words that were scrawled across the page. It was a rather large sheet of paper, apparently so that all of the words might have room to fit on the page. Nevertheless, it curled about the shoe box of one particular person like a type of coiled snake. Beside it were a pair of pristine new magazines, of the Gamer Review type, no less. The two magazines were tied with a knot attached to which was a smiley face button.

And if one were to close in on the box? Well, this is what they would find, written on the sheet of paper with loving care.

“I can see the tears forming around your eyes.
And I can see your fears building up inside.
I can see you're confused and tire of life.
I can tell you wish everything felt right.

I can tell you're sad and just want to be held.
I can tell you fake that smile and that you're going through hell.
I can tell you're afraid and fed up with the pain.
I can tell your feelings are hard to explain

All you need is for someone to come along.
And take your fears away so they'd be gone.
Someone to keep you warm when you're shivering and your cold.
Someone of whom with your future will unfold.

Someone to take your hand and hold on tight.
Someone to hold you on through the night.
Someone to wipe those tears from your eyes.
Someone who will be faithful and never say goodbye.

Think real hard and you'll figure out that someone is me.
I'll make you my everything to my heart you'll have the key.
I'll give you happiness, I'll make your fears be gone.
Because it seems like in this world we all need someone.”

~ Your Secret Admirer

And all of it was placed upon Toru's school shoebox.

It was natural for Toru to do a double-take at first. And then another one. And another. He walked up to his shoebox, and gingerly removed the long sheet of paper, which was already earning him stares. He proceeded to read it.

A minute or so later, he lowered the paper and rolled it up, stuffing it in his bag with far more force than necessary. He was feeling somewhere between flattered and horrified, but completely flustered by it either way. It seemed sweet and heartfelt, but at the same time, was just so painfully cheesy. There was also are very high likeliness that Toru was just being trolled. It wouldn't be the first time that somebody would pull a prank on him like this... though it would be one of the first times offline. But if it was sincere... who on earth would write such a thing? The only person who came to mind was Misaki, and she... well, she had plenty of other things to deal with in her life. And how was Toru supposed to respond?

A minute later, he grabbed the two magazines and stuck a tiny note reading "thanks" in their place. Having done this, he started to walk away, as he didn't exactly want to be associated with the whole situation.
