Why: Because they go so well together.

It probably didn't look that strange to most people. Thomas stood near a specific classroom, reading a book, which was something he often did. Every once in awhile he would look up at the door. This particular classroom was the one where English was currently being taught. While to everyone else it seemed he was just reading in the wall, Tom was in fact watching that room like a hawk. He'd contemplated trying to get a knife in the door before it closed, or disabling the electronic lock, some way to get inside, to search it and find out more about the woman teaching English.

"Following leads."

Tom looked around the hall, he waiting until most of the normal people had emptied the hall, and even then checked to make sure no one was listening. He leaned closer, nodded toward the door and whispered.

"I've been trying to figure out how to get past the electronic lock. I could just kick the door in, but I'm guessing that it would get the police or security to come running and I need time to search the room."

Thomas nodded, he continued to keep his ears open.

"Ishino was the one who found Sato's body. Rumors going around suggested that She was very popular with the male studnets, including Sato.

She was also seen with Aomori a number of times before he died. She has a connection to both victims. I.."

Tom quieted quickly as another group of students passed.

"...I don't think she has a connection to Oubai or Ishinomori, but it could be because they were persona users."

Tom scratched his head and was silent for a quick moment.

"Maybe Sato was a persona user and she's attacking them, and maybe Aomori was one, or she found out he wanted to close the school. All the victims so far have been from Nanakamdo, so I think this is targeting the people here.

I don't actually know that Ishino is the killer, but she has a connection to *both* of the people who've died, and that makes her a person of interest. Either she's possibly the killer, or she's a possible vicitm."

Tom crossed his arms and looked at the room.

"Either way, I need to know more. I've never tried anything like breaking into a classroom before. Dorm rooms are easy, pick the lock but this..."

Tom put a hand to his chin and thought.

	Masami wasn't sure what she thought of Tom's apparent... hobbies. Sure, it was for the investigation, but still... It seemed like her first impression of him had been pretty wrong. "Not really used to it, I've only done it... maybe four times? And some of them were to deliver weapons to other people in your group."

Tom reached up and scratched his head, then rubbed the bridge of his nose.

"WHy does everyone keep asking me for more legal methods in pursuit of the goals we share? Lives are on the line, and we cannot abide by the laws when the laws don't take Paradise into account.

Besides it's not like I want to break in, but I need to figure out what Ishino's connection to all of this."

	Masami had to admit that Tom had a point. "Well yes, if lives are at stake and there's nothing anyone else can do about it, then I guess we have to bend the rules a little bit but..." She wasn't quite sure where she was going with this. Of course, it didn't help that she now had the decidedly creepy image of Tom breaking into the girls' dorms in her mind... Tom closed his book, and put it under his arm.

"It's not only that, but if we don't take action when we are capable, then those deaths are on our hands.
Technically we are making ourselves vigilantes, and a more legal action would be to go to the police, prove that Paradise exists, and let them handle it. But half of your team believes that the police won't believe the claims, and the other half thinks that they would just fail to do the job."

Tom shrugged.

"I never put much stock in the police either."
