Who: Anyone who wants to show up.
What: Study Group!
Where: Kigakiga
When: Sunday, after the dead body and before the exams.
Why: REVISION!

After what had happened, Maeko didn't know how anyone could be in the mood to revise. She certainly wasn't. Still, it seemed tests didn't even stop for dead bodies and the exams were going to happen whether they revised or not.

She wasn't sure anyone would show up but after getting permission from the boss she pushed some tables together anyway and took out a heavy folder full of notes and handouts. She'd brought her science and math notes from last year, too, for Misaki to look through. She still didn't have the pages that Kei had borrowed from her and it seemed disrespectful to complain about it. She'd just have to hope stuff wasn't on the tests. Maybe she'd get lucky.

It was a nice day, at least. Warm and bright, exactly the kind of day one would want to spend doing anything other than staring at notes. She started reading through her notes, doing revision problems printed out from a website the teacher had suggested and periodically checking her cellphone to see if anyone was going to confirm that they would show up.

Taking Aoi's seat as soon as it was offered, Kiriko paid little mind to her classmate as she poured over the notes. She knew most of this already, but it couldn't hurt to review where she was shaky, and she had nothing better to do.

"Do you remember the mnemonics we learned for these?" she asked Aoi, picking up a pen and writing them out on the paper nearby. "It isn't too hard, really. How well did you do on the last unit test?"

Misaki pouted some and thought a moment then shook her head, "Not really to be honest. Goes in one ear and out the other, or so Okasan says."

"My sisters are much better at math then I am, and I didn't do too well on the test I think I got like a 30 on it. Sensei said I had to do well on the mid term or he's going to have to tell my family and have me sent to cram school."

"A thirty?!" she repeated with a snort of laughter. Shaking her head, she scribbled a few more things on the paper and then handed it to Aoi. "You should start by looking this over. Let me find some problems to try it with."

Well, she'd never pegged Aoi for a genius, but maybe it would be a good idea to hang out and write out a few more tips for her. Kiriko considered the best way to get through as she took another bite of her ice cream.

"Maybe you should try to associate the formulas with your favourite ice cream flavours," she mused aloud.

Misaki blinked and nodded taking the paper, "Okay. Hummm...really wish I was better at math. But I'm good a measureing though, so that's a plus right?"

"Ice cream flavors, never thought of that before," She admitted and grinned. "Sherberts my altime favorite though."
