Millenium City is a good time to explore/contrast not only established relationships and take strides towards resolving ones with unfinished business, but also a good time for what ifs, relationships that might have been, or ones that you can see unfolding in the late stages of the game.

In the comments, tap people you'd like to thread with, with an idea for foundation if possible.

Also, a proposal: Reconsidering the ranking system so that it isn't so heavily weighted towards high and low ranks indicating like or dislike, respectively. Looking at my own links I'm finding there should be some in-between space for rivalry or other connections, because that can be just as significant.

Reizo's back to day one bullying.

Because he's at school now (meaning he doesn't skip 3-4 days every week) that means he needs to keep himself amused with classmates.

An easy set up would be THEY BECOME REIZO'S LACKEY and as such are afforded the general "I won't hit you or beat you up unless you -really- push me" that .. they'd be afforded if the wipe hadn't of happened.

	shortlist candidates for LACKEYS: Toru, Isao, Yoshi, Toshi, Kai. Everyone else seems like they'd be less likely to just accept being pushed around, but I could be wrong. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Kiriko: Fairly obvious
Kozue: Kiriko is the big common link, but they've had interaction outside of it. Kozue's never really even brushed against any of the things he's done to her (like that whole fake date and etc.,)
Maeko: I got nothing, sorry. POST MORE PICKLE.
K1: Not really sure here either. Reizo's kinda come to the conclusion that K1's just a male version of Misaki, just replace pink with stupid bravado.
Kai: lackey thing, something might come from it, idk
Masami: Not sure. There's the FIGHTAN thing they have in common, but Masami has such a mouth on her that Reizo should've probably broken her other arm by now.
Tom: A yakuza and a .. weird bat-man dude. IDK, I'm sure there's something that could be done, but the question is how to get there?
Toru: Lackey. And the punch thing. and maybe video games.
Toshimi: Ribbon o' fate, dungeons, similar outlooks/problems? Also potential lackey.
Masafumi: idk same with maeko
Renju: Well there was that weird subplot thing that got abandoned with Reizo teasing her about how cruel her dungeon came off. I'm not sure how that'd be picked up, especially now that it seems like Renju is anything but.
Kou: obvious weird rivalry is obvious
Seiko: Not sure. Reizo doesn't like big sister types, and I doubt Seiko likes people who will grow up to be what could be effectively called mass murderers.
Yoshi: Lackey deal. He could tease her about being into yaoi, or find out about the drug use and.. idk wtf would come from that.
Isao: Lackey, also they have some fun banter. One of the people who can get away with sassing Reizo without getting a punch in the face.
Misaki: IDK, Misaki probably still thinks there's something good in Reizo, could work with that, even if Reizo's fed up with it.

	There's still that rivalry, but given Kou's thing in the City is to follow what his father wants and to take over the family business, I imagine he'd at least be somewhat more co-operative since Reizo is still part of the Yakuza they're paying protection to? I think Tom and Reizo are both characters who say "to hell with societies rules, I'm following the morality I have chosen for myself." They both strike me as the kind of people who have a general disdain for those who don't follow rules of any kind.
I think if they could actually sit down and discuss that I think it'd go pretty far. I was sad they never did get to discuss what Tom meant in Reizo's dungeon.

I could see Tom possibly standing up to Reizo for the lackey thing, but I don't see that solidifying their relationship much. It is a reason for them to talk though.
