It seemed like she resented us for not knowing her better, and herself for ... not knowing us better, I guess? And then there was lots of fighting.

[She waves a hand, clearly meaning you know. like always.]

Maybe she was mad at you because you're super friendly, so she resented you the most. Then again, she'd have gone after Aoi-san, if that was the case.
