Action Scene: Lily meets Neville

Back from her walk, subsequent anger management session with the furniture in the courtyard, Lily was exhausted. Mentally and physically, Lily was tired of fighting with herself and everyone else. Once things settled down at the castle, Lily hoped, that she would be able to get on with her life. Whatever that would be.

Thinking the only logical place to think, without minimal interruption would be the Gryffindor Common room. Drat, she thought, making her way up the stairs, the passwords get changed all the time. There would be no way to guess the password without making the portraits angry.

Frowning, Lily stood outside the entrance to the Tower, waiting for someone who was in the House to come by and tell her the password. Or, at the very least, let her in. She could always get the password from someone else later.

Giving Neville a grateful smile, Lily stood in front of the Portrait and gave the password. Stepping inside the entrance way; Lily felt like she had stepped into a time machine, taking her back to the days she spent at Hogwarts. Everything seemed the same; the warm rich colours of the common room, everything clean, but not spotless. It felt like home.

"God.. Nothing has changed," Lily said softly, looking around.

	"Oh?" Harry asked, keeping any emotion out of his tone. It was odd, because he wasn't feeling anything more than surprise about it either. That had to be a bad reaction. 	Lily looked between Neville and Harry, wondering if something was going on that she didn't know about. Then again, there was a lot of things Lily didn't know. Taking a seat at the low sofa near the fireplace, Lily relaxed for what seemed like the first time in.. well, forever. (Reply to this) (Parent)
