She couldn't help the bit of a blush that came over her face at the mention of her clumsiness. "Um, sometimes?" she said with a small, bashful smile. The truth was that Adelaide was actually rather graceful, but being somewhat awkward made the dumb blonde act more believable, so she had a tendency to play it up. She knew she had a decent singing voice, but her friends had assured her long ago that she was incapable of dancing, or even being taught to dance. Something about a complete lack of rhythm. But that hadn't ever stopped her from having fun to a song she liked when she was by herself, although she tried not to let anyone else see.
She picked up the stack of files sitting closet to her on the floor, more to have something to do with her hands than anything else. A little embarrassed to have been caught dancing and singing like a loon, she looked down at the pile in her lap, wrapping a stray strand of hair around her left fingertips as she asked, "What brings you down here?"
