After her conversation with Skadhi, Apate decided she needed a treat to perk her back up. Something with a lot of sugar and a lot of guilt attached to it. For some reason, that made her think of an Orange Julius. Well, not for some reason. Apate knew the reason. Loki. Which meant that she was never going to get an Orange Julius again, most likely.
Though really, after hearing what the Norse goddess had to say about the Trickster, she was feeling a smidge more generous toward him. And people occasionally called her a bitch. Apate was not one to underestimate her skills, not by any stretch, but she didn’t have anything on Skadhi when it came to vindictive and cold.
