Kratos woke up in a strange bed. In a strange bed, in a strange room, in a strange building, in a strange city. Though it took a little time to figure out the latter parts of that. At first, it was just confusion as to the odd smell that entered his nose, before he’d even opened his eyes. But once he saw the room, recognized that it was not his and became aware of the screaming pain shooting through his head, he knew what had to have happened.
