And maybe you just need A friend as clumsy as you've been There's no one laughing You will be safe in here You will be safe in here
Throw away this very old shoelace That tripped you again Try and shrug it off, shrug it off, shrug it off It's only skin, now You need to understand There's nothing fake about this ( You need to let me in )

Texas Tea Party (tag: Morpheus) |

She felt like she was in limbo. There were any number of things she could have done after Prometheus left. Things she probably should have done. But there simply wasn’t any will to do them. Apate could have speculated on what that meant, but she was afraid if she looked into it too deeply, it would just reveal that she had actually cared about what he said. Cared, and perhaps believed it. Neither option was palatable.
So she decided not to deal with it. Which somehow broadened and turned into not dealing with anything. She was supposed to have had a date with Zelos; she didn’t go. She should have gotten up to eat something; she didn’t bother. She did take a shower, but once she was done, she didn’t get dressed. Instead, wrapped in a bathrobe, Apate laid on the couch and watched television trying hard to think about anything at all.
( She didn’t succeed. )

A Special Place (Sif) |
[25 Apr 2008|08:53am] |
Even now, it was all still surreal to him, all still new and grand in spite of all the years that had passed. Long had Sif been his wife, but only recently had Thor begun to feel any particular attachment to her when he was away from Asgard, and as he made his way through Thrudheim now his only desire was to take her into his arms. To hold her close. Simply to merely look upon her. No longer was he a returning warrior, full of boasts and trophies from his latest exploit, but simple a husband eager to see his wife.
And he would waste no time.
( After all, he had something to show her )
