Who: Sirius and Lily
Where: The library
When: 08 October
Why: Because Sirius likes to test Lily.
At a table in the back of the library, far from the common book-readers and Pince's prying eyes, Sirius was sitting with his feet propted up on the table, working his way through a stack of books that, for him, could be considered alarmingly studious. With the absence of books and quills, and other such studying tools, it appeared that he was simply reading for the pleasure of it.
However, the book titles would reveal otherwise; most bore references to old magic and duelling spells, along with household books for quick charms to keep the house in order (and the occupants safe from various things). On another student this would be a dedication to furthering his studies, but on him, it was a certain sign of pre-mischief.
Chuckling to himself over the page for banishing hiccups (for if you knew how to banish something, it was easier to understand how to summon something) Sirius wondered why anyone let him in the library at all.
