Hidey-ho!
Currently wanting to write this character a bunch. Tons of info about her in this journal as I've started mocking up a draft of an app and a couple drafts of some wanted lines I want for when I take her to a game later this year.
Me trying to summarize:
Me: Likes writing 3rd person, past tense, storybook style. Tend to write long responses. Prefer to write in Gdocs, but also more than comfortable with threading. 31. Female. Likes communicating with players I write with in open and honest fashion, lIkes to make friends with players I write with but not a requirement and I will respect any boundary you clearly communicate. Very laid back. Make a lot of geeky/nerdy/punny jokes. Do my best to communicate any issues I'm having or ideas I've come up with.
You: Whatever age, whatever gender, good at communicating when you like or don't like things and/or when you are or aren't available for writing (would loathe to feel like I'm pestering), will collaborate to come up with scene ideas, flexible and into brainstorming, will communicate boundaries clearly.
My Character: Gay, female, Final Fantasy style Monk class (so physical powerhouse), keeps up a great poker face and often looks board/annoyed/"wtf is wrong with you?", but actually has a huge heart, believes love will save the day, and will punch people out who mess with the ones she loves. Doesn't mince words. You can read more about her in the dummy app I've tossed together for her.

Setting feeling (this does not include game mechanics, spells or abilities a character can have): Crossed between Final Fantasy 6/7/Tactics/10/12 with different countries leaning more towards one game or another for feel of technology, magic value, magitek, religion, etc.
More than happy - if we get along and whatever we're writing makes sense - to drag anyone off with me to the game when it opens up, and if you're not into games, don't worry. No dragging will occur if that's not your scene.
