Mind you, I don't agree with him that Christians are necessarily conservative of the moral order by definition. When the moral order consists of unrestrained capitalism on the one hand, and the state defining who I can name as my partner of choice on the other, I have no interest in conserving it. I live by moral tenets, but I don't need or want those tenets to be adopted by my government. That's called choice. Since Christianity is, first and foremost, about choosing to live in a Christlike way, choice should be paramount.

Its November, and if you live anywhere in the U.S. but Florida, Texas, Hawaii, and maybe Mississippi, there is a nip in the air that means its time once again for the BIG WAR ON CHRISTMAS!

Yep, this is that special season where us non-Christians get together around burning bibles and aborted babies and plot with the liberal media on how we're going to attack the sacred traditions that everyone has been observing for the last 34 million years.

Last time, we got big box retailers like Wal-mart and Target to say such blasphemous things like "Happy Holidays!" instead of the more Christian-friendly "Merry Christmas you Magnificent God-Fearing Ruler of All! Oh, for I am not worthy to bask in the healing light that is passed directly from the Lord God King Poobah Potentate Jesus to you. Dios gracias! Praise the Lord!"

However, it looks like our efforts have been thwarted this year. It seems that Wal-mart has learned their lesson about catering to the whims of 30% of the U.S. population. And what a lesson it was! We all remember how that massive Christian boycott last year almost had Wal-Mart bankrupt! Thank the good Lord they have seen the light, and will now properly insult all those unwashed, unsaved, unworthy filthy Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Buddists, Taoists, pagans, Wiccians, Agnostics, Atheists, and Unitarians!
