And I could have said this in the other reply... but this one is beyond awesome :D

^_^ Thanks it took me forever to narrow it down... Not counting pictures of my own cats, which I haven't added to the stock photos folder, I have 300 pictures of cats.

And I had to search up and down my entire computer for that picture! I don't really have a lot of stock images outside of those I took myself...

The picture for that is from October 2009 when my Aunt got her first cat (she picked it up that day as it came from the family of my brother's girlfriend, which means the cat was just around the age it could leave its mother). Sadly the cat isn't alive any more. As far as I heard it got surprised by a car on the street (which usually is a quite street, just the people living their or their guests)

I can tell you that out of the pictures I took only a few feature it looking at me.

I think work made me hyper today with the way I'm suddenly rambling. Guess it's a good thing I still have several comments to reply to from the last couple of days ;D

I need to get my collection of kitty pictures and things organized into my icon making folder. :-)

Yeah, my cats are sometimes very unphotogenic. My meezie for example can tell when I'm about to snap a picture, and that's promptly when she decides it's time to clean herself in rude places!

My kitten however seems to like posing for the camera... probably because the sound of click, followed by Awww! Has followed him since we adopted him.

I was really sad to hear about it, but I don't think cats should be locked in because they don't know how dangerous cars are. They're smart, they'll either learn or they don't (not matter how sad the latter part is)

Well, sometimes you get lucky and a cat really loves the camera :D

None of my cats are kept indoors because of cars, Joey (my this is a cat profile pic cat) was once an outdoors kitty, Meezie is smart and knows to avoid cars, and the kitten was found in a very busy parking lot... so they are all smart. Sadly Joey has FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency virus) so the cats are kept in for his safety and the safety of others. It can be contagious and if any of the cats get sick, there's a risk that Joey can get really sick... So they are indoors. This is probably why they love my plant.

Well, that's a good reason to keep the cats indoors. It's why some people are put in quarantine (or given those mouth pieces, but I don't see cats keeping them on)

My cats would never forgive me if I made them wear a face mask.

The kitten does like wearing his little blue collar with bells (and removing it himself) but the other cats refuse collars and rip them off and apart as soon as possible.

I love them both... That's a kitty in a trap pose! At least it is when my kitten does it... you go to pet the fluffy little tummy and suddenly sharp teeth and claws.
