taking a little bio break to get one of these up at last. this is craig zavada, more commonly known as cj. he's undergone some pretty epic personality and visual overhauls recently to amount to a dude i'm pretty excited about and, if lady luck is on my side at all, maybe some of you will be too.
i'm coming up short on fitting buzzwords because he's such a mixed bag, so try to bear with me here. ( cut to spare the main page from my gabfest, yowza )
i feel like i'm leaving a lot out but this has definitely gotten long enough already! i know it's always kind of tough trying to fit a new kid into such an established group, but i'm definitely down for making the effort so please, feel free to come at me with any and all ideas. i can find a way to make just about anything work with this kid. he has a best friend in ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) zepeda, as previously mentioned, but i would love some kind of small group of regulars to hang with, whether it be a crew of aerosoldiers or skaters or other creative/musically inclined folk to get up to some round robin storytelling type stuff or whatever or a fun little mix of all of the above! friends in general, of course. enemies welcome, too. definitely one ex for a specific idea, but one or two others would be cool. ex-team mates he still chills with/talks to, makeout buddies, flashlight tag players, a ganj hookup, cousins, and so on. idk, dudes. just call me veruca salt 'cause i want it all.
oh! i don't know if there is something like it around or not but i would love to do some kind of he said/she said type advice column either for the school paper or just a wholly separate internet thing if any lady is interested. or dude! straight male perspective vs gay male perspective? could be a fun time, i'm just sayin'.

This is Jailene (mostly goes by Jai). Her only connection right now is that she is hendrie's twin sister. So I'm thinking anyone who knows him will more than likely know her. And even though they are complete opposites, I don't see why she wouldn't befriend his friends. She is a junior and oddly enough as of today she is now 17 years old. Has lived in the Key West all her life. Personality wise, she is very friendly and has a heart of gold. Bit of a goofball, definitely the entertainer type. She likes to pretend she is badass, but fails because everyone knows she is too much of a sweetheart. She spites any form of authority and the public education system falls under that category. She really only has two goals in life: 1) To be in a rap video just to say she was in one and 2) Go to aviation school and become a pilot (possibly her only real ambition in life). Overall, a pretty cheerful person. The kind of girl who always feels obliged to write a cute message on a dirty car or foggy window. For more of an insight, her bio and facts are here, but keep in mind I'm still working on it.
I know what you are thinking as most of you will quickly skim through this and skip it: "aww hell, not another girl character". I can't promise she is different or super awesome, but as a disclaimer I can promise I won't half ass or skip out on any story lines we produce. My girl will actually interact with yours (gasp! unheard of these days!) if you choose to make some magic with me. I say this because I know when it comes to communities with very established lines and groups of friends, it can be quite a challenge to fit in a new character.
With that said, story lines would be wonderful. Some friends would definitely be fantastic. Especially a best friend? Male and/or female. Maybe one or two exes? People she sits with at lunch? Classmates she buddies up with for projects? People to goof off with in the back row of class? Neighbors? Locker partner? People she has borrowed pens from and promised to give them back to but never did? People she hustles money out of when playing spades...haha I have no idea. Anything? jai jai the jet is where she will be at if you want to talk any lines in further detail.
