Cretaceous OOC;

This is Chelle here again, and I present to you my third character: The inimitable Jean Grey. This Jean is sort of a blend of canons, in that it's hard to do a Jean without including THE PHOENIX (dun dun dun, bold text, cheap CG fire in the background, fade out) and it's hard to do THE PHOENIX without including a certain amount of stupid. But I tried, and I re-arranged things as best I could, which I think is all one can do with certain kinds of source material. I mean, I love the character, but eesh. Dying twelve times? Clones waiting in cocoons under the sea? How many acids trips did it take to come up with that nonsense?

Anyhow. Hi! Rose is bringing in Scott and will probably post in a minute, and then together we plan to have the X-Leaders help stir the "let's get organized and form a united front" pot some more, and hopefully that will mean all sorts of plot for everybody.

I'm bringing in the Vision, who doesn't yet go by the name 'Jonas' but will start very soon after arriving in the Cretaceous. For those Avengers out there who'd remember the Vision: this is Vision 2.0, version Young Avenger. He remembers everything, but he considers himself a completely new entity. Sorry, y'all. Instead of the experienced older Vision, you get Version Teen. In terms of time period/comics cutoff, he's from just before Marvel's Civil War arc.

Anyway! I am all for plot, if anyone needs an android buddy.

Hi guys! I'm Jay, the birthday boy (quite literally!). I just turned 20 today, and so far it's been a really enjoyable evening. The icing on the cake would definitely have to be when I was accepted into this awesome game! I mean, beating up dinosaurs, how awesome does that sound!? Other than me, this is Monet, who deserves just as much attention, if not all of it already.

Monet St. Croix isn't your typical character. She has a lot of different quirks about her that many just don't find the time to analyze exactly why she does something, or realize her personality is really her only front. In this sense, she's viewed as pious, vainglorious, slightly pompous, and even a bitch. However, M pulls fronts for a good reason. She's tired of being hurt. She's tired of being betrayed. Her own brother even betrayed her. Her family is less than perfect, and against all odds she still tries to radiate perfection.

How she changes when faced with this daunting issue, we'll find out. M is beginning to open up, and shy away from her sheltered upbringing.

I play the good ole Captain here who will someday have actual icons besides this rad one that Rae made for me. He's open for all sorts of plotting. This is Kyle Rayner who, currently in comic canon, is Ion and was kind of godlike for a bit, so I turned him back in time and pulled him out right after his break up with Donna and he's part of the JLA, or, well, was. So some shit in his life has happened but not enough for him to be all serious business like some GL's tend to be. Which means, for the DC chars who are bff's with Hal Jordan---sorry, you've got Kyle, now, and he's experienced Hal going batshit nuts on more than one occasion, so... yup.
