Toad is a term I use for extremely annoying people who give out incorrect information. Telling her that this is purgatory is just stupid because none of us are dead. We're all very much alive.

You've been here what? Ten minutes? You can't possibly give anyone any information on this place. So why don't you go back to the hole you crawled out of and leave the newcomers alone until you've been here longer, okay?
