Good morning, everyone!

I have a question for those of you who have charted the weather here. Art and I are looking to move into one of the homes on the beach, and after doing a bit of research I've found one of the main concerns of living on the shore is knowing how high the tide can normally be.

Could anyone help us with a safety check of the home and surrounding area--once we find the perfect home, that is?

There's no real way to chart the weather here. We can get anything from blood rain to hurricanes, to foot high drifts of snow in 60 degree weather. But I think the most you would have to worry about is the hurricanes. As long as you have proper wind shutters you should be fine.
