Aww....! Because.... well... They're different Sorts of titles, rather...! I mean, one's just a title title, and the other's sort of an -- honorific....! Heh.... Sorry again, Dr Smith... I mean, I use them all the bloody time as far as my work goes -- well, went rather, back on my home version of Earth....! Hah....
