And waste a wish? I can endure another few weeks with this. Even us eggheads can live with a bit of pain.

You could wish for lab equipment maybe if you aren't going to do the smart thing and fix yourself? I'd love to see what sort of goodies you have in the 22nd century.

My suggestion is to wish for more wishes.

If that's not allowed, make the people that are sick or in pain, better.

If that won't work, there are some kids around here, maybe something for them?

Or restock the food and medical supplies? I don't know what's needed though.

If you can't send us home, maybe a way to contact home? Or some kind of magic mirror or crystal ball so we can see our friends back home and know they're okay?

Or heal yourself if you're injured like people say. You could be well and help out around the island. I think that would have meaning.
