Oh you can shoot moving things, just if it looks like a predator and isn't acting like one, or what it looks like... Mitchell doesn't know it yet but he can shift into a few different critters, and... Sean... I don't know what he can be. ~~Remind me to kick Summers in the b~~

There might be some solar power packs in the camping supply place, but I don't know if that can be rigged to work for your hearing aids or not.
