And so it is. I imagine this is the result, finally, of the worlds collapsing in on one another. A refuge, and nothing more and nothing less, before it all begins again.

	Kirimvose, Doc. I've been calling it, "The Island," but it's giving me LOST flashbacks. Did they have a name for the one in Lord of the Flies? I don't disagree with you, but I should probably note that I may not be every inch the Tony Stark you remember. 	It didn't have a name. But it had a place called Castle Rock. ... well, hell. Someone slipped me a mickey when I wasn't looking. It's nice to meet/not meet you, Stark. Then Castle Rock sounds like a pretty good name for this place, particularly given the extremely serious Renaissance Fair that's happening on the outskirts of town.

It's... complicated.

I'm from a universe where I'm friendly with a Doctor Banner who looks quite different from you. I recently stole his ice cream, in fact. He told me it was from a little creamery in Texas, but I can't remember the name of it. And now I can't ask, which is disappointing. We also streaked through Midtown together. That was a good time.

Anyway. I was unexpectedly transported (via the tesseract) from that universe to another universe that was very much like mine, but where the Avengers were just starting out. There, we had a Doctor Banner who looked very much like you, and he and I were friendly. Although I did not think to ask him about the ice cream. That was an oversight.

Then a couple of weeks ago, I woke up here.
