	There is, I hosted a party in it a few months ago. I've been going in to clean up a bit every few weeks in case anyone wanted to use it but no one has really. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Malcolm was going to let Cap take charge of it. With that stipulation. So as long as you keep that going I don't see why you would be denied, as long as it's okay with Cap. (Reply to this) (Parent)
